Controller and contact
The public policy must name the data controller, postal contact and privacy email.
Data we receive
Data may include account email, public author name, official website, submission records, private messages, forum posts, reports, moderation history, consent choices, security logs, IP address and device information.
Why data is used
Data is used to provide requested services, verify rights and files, secure the website, moderate contributions, answer reports and meet legal obligations. Non-essential analytics and advertising storage require the appropriate consent.
Who receives data
Only providers needed for hosting, email, security, consent, analytics, advertising and AI-assisted processing receive relevant data under suitable terms.
Retention
Uncompleted submissions expire quickly; provenance remains while a font is listed; ordinary private messages remain available for up to 180 days. Reported material may be isolated only for the time needed to resolve the case or meet an obligation.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, individuals may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object, and may withdraw consent. A complaint may be made to the CNPD or another competent authority.
Security and incidents
Uploads are isolated, access is role-limited, important actions are logged and protected backups are maintained. Legally required breach notifications will be made.
Children
Contributor and forum account paths are intended for adults and children are not knowingly used for targeted advertising.
