Where automation helps
Trusted Free Fonts uses deterministic software for file hashing, format validation, malware-result handling, metadata extraction, glyph counts, package limits and performance checks. Authorised AI-assisted workflows may help classify reports, detect spam or harmful material, compare licence evidence, summarise technical records and prepare a review proposal.
Human control
Automation may prioritise or hold content, but it does not make a final legal determination about disputed ownership, an ambiguous licence, cultural meaning or a person’s identity. Publication and material enforcement remain controlled actions. The operator can inspect the evidence, reject a proposal and correct or reverse a website record.
Data minimisation
Only information needed for the authorised task should be sent to an AI provider. Private uploads, account emails, messages and report details are not intentionally published as model-training material by Trusted Free Fonts. OpenAI may act as a service provider when an authorised AI-assisted review is invoked; its use is subject to configured access controls, provider terms and the Privacy Policy.
Limits and safeguards
AI output can be incomplete or wrong and does not replace the complete font licence, a dedicated malware engine, a competent authority or professional legal advice. Structured validation, source evidence, least-privilege access, audit records and manual review are used to reduce error. High-risk or ambiguous content remains unpublished until safely resolved.
Reports and change log
Use Report content or email geral@trustedfreefonts.com to challenge an incorrect automated result. State the affected URL or reference and explain the error. Material changes to automated processing are dated here. Current revision: 28 August 2026.
